The course is suitable for complete beginners or those with previous meditation experience. Delivered over 8 weekly 45 minute sessions on zoom.  With clear how to explanations, short easy to follow online audios and fascinating insights from science on how to get the most from your meditation.  Plus nature based sleep meditations.
